Do we have terms and conditions? Yes..... we do.
At the top of all our sites you can see a 'Terms' file.
Nothing special. All the regular text what should be in any common internet shop-file. We have some text lines extra on most of our sites though and this is it:
Legalization, laws per country and rules per state forces us to use encrypt files for reading text or looking at pictures from tobacco or tobacco related products. Selling under the age of 16 (Europe) or 18 (US/Canada), advertising for that age is not allowed.
You know it, we know it.... everybody knows it.... but....
We do not take any risk.
Therefore you need that entree-code to take a look at our jpg, or gif photo materials. At all our sites you can find that code and it is possible that we change it now and then. If you are in our database, you’ll be notified.
No worry. You can use cigar in the first field and webservice in the second field. It is even possible to add your own personal code at the login file! Maybe you can think of a personal name, date or even an exclusive text.
